CLUB DUTIES FEBRUARY/AUGUST 2005.
Cash and Attendance Board Care of Visitors

1. All members on duty are requested to be at the Meeting no later than 12.30pm (if an evening Meeting 6.45pm). 2. On arrival, the first duty is to ensure that all Club equipment, including banners, name badge box, notice board, attendance sheet, lectern, charter, President’s Chair and bell are set out. 3. This equipment must be left in a tidy condition for the hotel staff to return to the store. 4. The members designated to care of visitors is responsible for recruiting assistants should the Club have several visitors. 5. If a members is unable to carry out his/her particular duty at a meeting he/she is requested to ARRANGE A SUBSTITUTE and to notify the altered arrangements to the Club 6. The member responsible for cash needs to ensure that adequate change is available. (Meal price is £10.50 for lunchtime meetings). (Price to be notified for evening meetings). 7. Please ensure that the Hotel staff have set up the microphone.
